Its pretty :-D for an artist or writer - or garden lover -as the birdsong, forrest...light... is mesmerizing at times. Owner lives in US and exact need for sitting is hard to say; house have 4 bedrooms, 2+2half bathrooms, so likely owner comes for "fixing and decorating" periods of 2 weeks during the coming year, no need to go, it's room for everybody. Kitchen w induction and new owen. There is an issue with electricity: when all or some power consuming items are on at the same time, the circuit cuts. Easily avoided when one or two people use the house. That's the reason the house is not in the market for holiday homes; This house/area would easily get leased high season - butt without the hiccups! Everything else is ample; outdoor furniture and equipment for ca 14.. Style: Portugese with "azulejos" and terracotta tiles, many charming (and fragile) glased doors to out. Obs at windy condition one need to secure them.. Hear the distant ocean :-D. It is possible some outdoor landscaping will take place or building project later this year. To maintain the pool (salt system) and keep the new outdoor area up is a must. Housesitter can bring own dog/s. Riding, biking and walking track right outside, walk to fantastic beaches :-D |
